Cricket Bats
Warranty only covers if bat is defective based on manufacturers claim. If a handle is broken within that time, the bat is repaired FOC. Shipping (both ways) is to be paid by the customer. No warranty on Edge, Toe and shoulder on any bat.Things covered under warranty:

Storm Damage
If the bats delivered are different in weight, it may be because of the moisture difference in your location. Kindly allow few days and the delivered bat should be back to the ordered weight range.
Personalized product (Knocked / Oiled / 3D Laser Printed bats) cannot be exchanged so please ensure to order the correct size when purchasing.
If however, the product is later deemed to have a fault of manufacture your statutory rights remain unaffected, and we will be pleased to offer a refund or exchange according to your wishes, as is normal procedure.

Manufacturer warranty only.We are currently only able to offer exchanges for the same item in an alternative size, which we will dispatch to you upon receipt of the returned item.
