Refund policy
1. Overview
At Ethlits we want you to be happy with your purchase. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how to return items and when refunds apply.
2. Eligibility & timeframes

Damaged or defective items: Report within 24 hours of delivery.

Wrong item shipped: Report within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace or refund.

Change of mind / buyer’s remorse: Returns accepted within 5 days of delivery only for select eligible items (see exclusions below). Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.
3. Exclusions (non-returnable)

Personalised/customized items, intimate apparel, and hygiene-sensitive products.

Items marked “Final Sale” on product page.

Items damaged after delivery due to misuse.
4. How to initiate a return

Email: info@ethlits.com with order number, item name, images (if damaged), and reason.

We’ll confirm eligibility and share a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Ship the product using the instructions provided. Do not send returns without authorization.
5. Return shipping & inspections

For damaged/wrong items: we bear return shipping and will provide a pickup or prepaid label.

For change-of-mind returns: you may be responsible for return shipping unless stated otherwise.
Upon receipt we inspect items; refunds or replacements are processed after inspection (see timelines below).
6. Refund timelines

Once we approve a refund, we will initiate the refund within 3 business days.

Refund arrival to your original payment method depends on the bank/payment provider and typically takes 3–7 business days for cards/UPI/netbanking.

In some cases (bank processing delays), refunds may take up to 14 days to reflect.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges for the same product (size/color) are processed as a return + new order. We will assist to minimize cost.
8. Cancellation policy
If you cancel before dispatch, full refund is issued within 3 business days of cancellation confirmation. If order has already shipped, standard return process applies.
