Shipping policy

1. Shipping areas

We currently ship worldwide. 

2. Processing time (time to ship)

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days from order confirmation, except during sale periods or high demand when processing may take up to 4 business days.

3. Delivery timelines

Delivery time = Processing time + Courier transit time. Estimated courier transit times:

          DOMESTIC Delivery

  • Standard Delivery (City/Metro): 3–7 business days from dispatch.

  • Express Delivery (if offered at checkout): 2–4 business days from dispatch.

  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7–14 business days from dispatch.

    INTERNATIONAL Delivery: 10-15 business days from dispatch.

Minimum/Maximum examples: if dispatched same day, express could deliver in 1 business day (min) and remote standard delivery could take 14 business days (max).

4. Shipping charges

Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout. We offer free standard shipping for orders above the threshold shown on the site.

5. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details. Tracking updates are provided by the courier and we are not responsible for courier delays due to strikes, natural events, or force majeure.

6. Failed delivery attempts & returns to sender

If courier cannot deliver after multiple attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-shipment (re-shipment charges may apply) or refund the order value less original shipping costs.

7. Lost or damaged in transit

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact support@saffronstreet.in within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with photos and order details. We will coordinate with the courier and provide a replacement or refund after investigation.

8. Bulk / wholesale orders

For large or wholesale shipments, special shipping terms and timelines may apply and will be confirmed at order time.
