3. Orders, acceptance & pricing

All orders are subject to stock availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity. Prices are displayed in INR and include applicable Indian taxes unless specified otherwise.

4. Payment

We accept payments via the payment methods shown at checkout (card, UPI, netbanking, etc.). Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner (Razorpay). Payment confirmation may take a short time while fraud checks are completed.

8. User content & reviews

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and display that content for promotional and product pages.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saffron Street Boutique’s liability for any claim related to the site or products will not exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Effective date” at the top will reflect the latest update. We will provide notice of material changes where required by law.
